About Pearl Winn

Pearl is the Barrett Team's very own assistant. She is the one behind the scenes- doing the scheduling, graphic design, and running all the errands that come along with being in real estate. Along with that she is also the one maintaining contact between vendors and clients.

Pearl is another one of our Northern California locals- born and raised just south of Redding, in Cottonwood. Pearl spends her free time enjoying the outdoors with her friends on the lake or on hike. She also enjoys playing pickle-ball or anything competitive. And we can't forget the one who is always by her side, Pearl's Border Collie named Cowboy.
