About Pearl Swanson

Pearl is the Barrett Team’s Executive Assistant and Client Care Coordinator, and the calm, capable presence behind the scenes that keeps everything moving with intention. She supports the team through scheduling, vendor coordination, and thoughtful client care, making sure no detail is missed and every experience feels seamless from start to finish.

Born and raised just south of Redding in Cottonwood, Pearl is a Northern California local who values connection, community, and showing up well for the people around her. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her dogs, Cowboy and Kiko, exploring with her husband, getting lost in a good book, crafting, and making time for friends.
